Practice practicalities – organising your study/practice
Monday 26 June

11am NY | 5pm Brussels | 8.30pm India
1 hour FREE class
Replay will be sent to registered participants

When our practices are aligned with a lineage, we receive clear instructions, allowing a distraction free sādhana to guide our lives. In the Veda Vidyalaya lineage that our chanting is aligned to, the primary focus is on the chanting, the sound, the accuracy and the devotion with which one applies themselves to this practice. We are also continuously learning new texts/chants/mantras. Those who are studying consistently over a long period of time usually learn a wide range of texts.

In this class we will address the following frequently asked questions:

  • How does one begin to practice chanting with Veda Studies?
  • I want to chant Rudram, when/how can I learn it?
  • I have been studying now for 2 years, how can I organise my practice so I can remember all these chants?
  • How can I prepare myself to eventually teach chanting?
  • What are the study options available to me?
  • What is the difference between Live & Self-paced courses?
  • I have already studied chanting before in yoga teacher training, do I need to still take the Foundation course?

Join me for this FREE class where I will talk through these questions based on how I have been studying with my teacher and how I organise my personal practice.

Note: Replays will only be available for 48 hours.
