Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Schedule: The total amount due will be split into equal instalments, unless otherwise stated (e.g. the last payment could be less), payable on the agreed-upon schedule (e.g. monthly, or every quarter). The first instalment is due upon registration or purchase confirmation. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of a new instalment.
  2. Binding Agreement: Selecting the instalment plan constitutes a binding agreement to complete all payments, regardless of participation, access, or completion of the service or product.
  3. Late or Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is late, for instance due to a blocked or overcharged credit card, the customer will be notified via email. Access to the service or product may be suspended until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in the full balance becoming immediately due and/or referral to a collections agency.
  4. No Refunds: Instalment plans are non-refundable. By entering into the payment plan, the customer commits to the full payment, even if they do not use or complete the service.
  5. Currency and Taxes: All payments are processed in Euros, and applicable VAT or taxes will be added if applicable, where required by EU regulations.
  1. Subscription Term: Subscriptions are generally billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the customer account dashboard or by contacting support at members@vedastudies.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
  3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. Subscribers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance, with the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
  4. Use and Access: Subscription grants access to the content or service for the duration of the paid period. Sharing login credentials or unauthorised redistribution of content is prohibited.
  5. Failure of Payment: If automatic payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. If payment is not received within 14 days, the subscription may be cancelled.
  6. Compliance and Jurisdiction: This agreement is subject to the laws of Switzerland and complies with relevant EU consumer protection legislation, including the right to withdraw within 14 days of the initial subscription (unless access has begun, which is likely in the case of Veda Studies because immediate course access is normally granted upon ordering a subscription).
