A beautiful blessing to share with our loved ones, traditionally to those much younger than us – babies, children, nieces, nephews, little brothers and sisters & students. In the Taittirīya Saṃhita (Yajur Veda), this mantra is presented in a hymn invoking all the cosmic forces – Agni, Soma, Varuṇa, Sarasvatī, Viṣṇu and so on, for blessings of health, longevity, prāṇa (life-force), ojas (spiritual energy), clarity and immortality (realisation). We offer blessings to our loved ones to be able to experience a 100 seasons with all of these strengths.

You don’t need any previous experience in Sanskrit or chanting and this session will be accessible to all levels. Beginners are most welcome!
