A session to honour Saraswati – the Goddess of speech, learning, music, creative intuition, insight and spiritual discrimination.

Inspiration is a power of Truth. This inspiration cannot be ordered to come to us. It comes to us when it likes; we have to understand its operation for its manifestation. One of the first steps is to establish some measure of mental tranquility.

Learn to tune into Sarasvatī’s energy through Her mantra to use in a transformative way. We will go through Sarasvatī’s attributes within the Vedic tradition and learn one mantra from the Rig Veda before a meditation with her divine names.

You do not need any previous experience in Sanskrit or chanting to attend this session. Suitable for all levels and beginners are most welcome.
