Begin your mantra practice or refine an existing practice with this session to learn the correct pronunciation of Sanskrit syllables. Breath and techniques to use the appropriate contact points in the mouth to produce correct sounds will be the focus besides some real time practice with mantra meditation.

In the Taittirīya Saṃhita (Yajur Veda), this mantra is presented in a hymn invoking all the cosmic forces - Agni, Soma, Varuṇa, Sarasvatī, Viṣṇu and so on, for blessings of health, longevity, prāṇa (life-force), ojas (spiritual energy), clarity and immortality (realisation).
